MP | Bhind In connection with gangrape with a minor in the Andori police station area of Bhindi district of Madhya Pradesh, the police has registered a case against the accused on the victim’s complaint, on the basis of rape, Posco Act and other sections on Saturday.
According to the police, the victim told that on March 24, two months ago, he went to the farm for defecation. At the same time there Bhanu Kushwaha, Lakhan Singh Kushwaha and Mukesh Kushwaha came. He misbehaved with the teenage girl seeing her alone.
Meanwhile, accused Lakhan Kushwah made his video from his mobile. Before going to the accused, the victim was threatened that if anyone told this thing, then he would make his photo viral on social media.
According to the police, the victim’s father is not and the brother does a private job outside. When the brother came home two days ago, he told the story of rape. After this, he came to police station with brother and filed a report against the accused on Saturday.
Andori police station in-charge Gopal Singh Sikarwar said here today that the victim has registered a case against the three accused and the absconding accused is being searched.
